Overview Dasmariñas City Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and competent Staff Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensure accurate implementation of physicians’ orders, and uphold the hospital’s standards for safety and patient-centered service. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor, record, and report patients’ conditions and responses to treatment. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient records. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols. Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing . Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse. Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a hospital setting. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate, patient-centered, and dedicated to continuous learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
