About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting the management team with clear reporting and insights.

Work hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Manila Time

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

  • Manage the finance inbox and address financial and administrative inquiries promptly.

  • Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations, managing both payables and receivables effectively.

  • Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.

  • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing, tax filings, and ensuring overall compliance with tax regulations.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero

  • Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts

  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency with Excel
