Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day accounting and tax operations and compliance with different regulatory bodies. You will work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions. Financial Reporting: Prepares and reviews financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Accounting and Tax Operations: Oversee the daily accounting and tax operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and coordinate with different local government bodies and internal and external auditors. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial decisions, such as investments, funding, or cost savings initiatives. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and forecasting. Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders on financial matters. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, including supervisory experience Must have strong financial and tax background Solid analytical and leadership abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
