Job overview: Responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting of the company. He/she is also responsible for the preparation of in-depth analysis with regards to financial and operational performance of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Management reporting and Financial Analysis — Develop and maintain strong relationships and communications at all levels of the organization to provide meaningful financial and business analysis, insights and recommendations.
  • Management reporting and Financial Analysis — Improve and develop executive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track the progress of the Company's overall KPIs.
  • Management reporting and Financial Analysis — Formulate sensitivity analysis templates for costing and pricing and recommend action steps accordingly.
  • Management reporting and Financial Analysis — Assist with developing and maintaining accurate costing methodology to enhance decision-making.
  • Management reporting and Financial Analysis — Build and manage financial databases which serve as the basis for future decisions.
  • Management reporting and Financial Analysis — Partner with Operations and other concerned departments to track cost and monitor savings initiatives (Continuous Improvement Projects).
Budgeting, Forecasting
  • Plan, Lead, and participate in the annual budgeting as well as monthly forecasting activities. This includes data gathering, coordinating with all relevant departments for assumptions, analyzing, reporting.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on budget and forecast assumptions.
Corporate Governance
  • Assist in establishing processes and reporting tools to provide information for timely and accurate monthly financial close, cost recognition and allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while promoting quality and consistency.
  • Design and implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
