Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Centre in Manila as a Finance Controls and Reporting Analyst. This role drives performance, quality, and compliance of finance operations, tracks and reports Finance SLAs and KPIs, and supports the broader QA and compliance program through process sampling, audits, and testing. You will work with GBS process leads and the global controls team to identify and implement corrective actions, contribute to process improvements, and support global compliance initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Ortigas.

About the role: We’re looking for a Finance Controls and Reporting Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Centre based in Manila. This role plays a critical part in driving the performance, quality, and compliance of our finance operations. You’ll take ownership of tracking and reporting Finance SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely, accurate performance insights that drive accountability and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely Finance SLA and KPI reports for GBS leadership and stakeholders.
• Track performance against agreed service levels, flag trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement.

Quality Monitoring and Improvement

• Conduct sampling, quality reviews, and performance checks of GBS outputs to ensure alignment with process standards.
• Collaborate with process leads to identify improvement areas based on review results, SLA gaps, and feedback loops.

Controls Testing and Assurance

• Execute monthly audits and process walkthroughs to validate adherence to internal controls and documented procedures.
• Perform quarterly segregation of duties (SOD) testing and SAP user access reviews to support system integrity and compliance.

Compliance Oversight and Remedial Actions

• Prepare monthly compliance reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommended actions.
• Work closely with process owners to close identified gaps and strengthen operational controls.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Support global compliance activities in partnership with the Corporate Controls & Compliance team, such as balance sheet reviews, controls self-assessments, and letters of assurance.
• Help coordinate communication and execution of compliance initiatives across the GBS network.

What you will bring

• 3+ years of experience in SLA/KPI reporting, quality assurance, internal controls, or audit
• Strong understanding of finance operations, process standards, and performance metrics
• Experience working with SAP and business reporting tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with confidence in working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a shared services or global business services environment is a plus
