As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing communications strategies and initiatives. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to promote Hyundai Laguna's products and services Creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and advertising materials Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints Analysing market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing strategies Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns to inform future initiatives Participating in the planning and execution of marketing events and trade shows Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to enhance the company's marketing efforts What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the automotive industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics software Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously What we offer At Hyundai Laguna Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
