Country Public Policy and Government Affairs Manager inDrive Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Lead inDrive’s public policy strategy in the Philippines, focusing on regulatory engagement, advocacy, and strategic government relations Build and maintain trusted relationships with national and local government agencies eg DOTr, LTFRB, MMDA, DILG, legislators, and policymakers Monitor and analyse transport-related legislative and regulatory developments, including those relevant to ride-hailing, digital platforms, and mobility as a service Develop and execute engagement strategies to support inDrive’s market expansion, license acquisition, and compliance efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, communications, operations, sustainability) to shape aligned policy position Requirements 7+ years of experience in public policy, government relations, regulatory affairs, or public sector engagement, preferably in digital economy sectors Demonstrated experience working with or within government agencies, union groups, and policymakers in digital regulation and labour reforms Familiarity with platform economy and the policy and political environments that surround them Strong network of contacts across relevant Philippine government institutions, industry associations, and key stakeholders Strong policy analysis, writing, and strategic thinking skills Self-starter with high integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset Conditions Health insurance Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support Diverse internal training programs Partially or fully paid additional training courses All necessary work equipment International legal exposure and complex cross-border work A chance to shape legal operations in new and existing markets Participation in global legal summits, conferences, and training A collaborative, borderless work culture with strong values #J-18808-Ljbffr
