  • Sales achievement Consistently hit or exceed sales targets through active fieldwork and engagement.
  • Reporting and feedback Submit sales updates, field reports, and market feedback to management regularly.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or marketing Background in field selling or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills Excellent in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented Can work independently in the field while staying focused on targets.
  • Adaptability and initiative Comfortable working in various locations and handling different customer situations.
  • Physically fit and mobile Willing and able to travel for fieldwork, area saturations, and client visits
