Statistician

Responsible for analyzing food safety and quality issues, evaluating trends in quality and sanitation defects, and producing statistical reports to support informed decision-making. The role ensures compliance with Mary Grace brand (Food Safety, Quality and Ambiance Requirements) while striving to improve product quality through data-driven insights. Additionally, it fosters a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

• Gather, cleanse and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
• Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Continually explore new data sources and analytical techniques to expand the depth and breadth of insights
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights to drive data-informed decision making
• Build and enhance the organization's data capabilities and infrastructure
• Cross functional with other QA areas
• Perform other duties and related tasks that may be assigned by the Superior that will make the position more impactful on the company business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data analysis functions.
• Strong proficiency in data extraction, transformation and analysis using tools
• Skills in creating visualizations, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be willing to work in our Head Office located at Marian Industrial Park, Lot 25 and 27 Marian Road-2, Parañaque
