JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiates and evaluates changes to the statistical schemes applied in the line to ensure their appropriateness and effectiveness.

• Closely coordinates with the engineers in terms of the appropriateness of the sampling schemes being applied in the production line.

• Reviews, evaluates and analyzes SPC summary and coordinates with the responsible teams for appropriate actions.

• Oversees the regular review and summarization of SPC data for both Assy and Test Manufacturing

• Reviews and develops a specialized statistical process control curriculum for specific level of the organization.

• Statistical Consultation

• Conducts company-wide statistical consultation services to ensure that appropriate statistical tools, with its proper and meaningful analysis and interpretation, are applied in problem solving analysis.

• Evaluates and interprets results of statistically designed studies conducted for management presentation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. Statistics Graduate

• Familiar with Statistical Software Application

• In-depth knowledge of Applied SPC, Process Capability and DOE concepts.

• Proficient in using measuring equipment for annual dimensional monitoring

• Good leadership qualities and above average oral and written communication skills
