Data Scientist Supervisor {Business Intelligence

As part of our Business Intelligence & Data team, you will: Lead ETL/ELT development and manage large-scale data pipelines across multiple environments. Oversee data modeling, warehousing, and governance to ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable datasets. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) that provide actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Apply data science and analytics techniques to support financial and operational decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Operations, Technology, and Business Development to drive data strategy alignment . Manage and mentor a team of analysts and developers to deliver high-quality output while fostering growth and capability-building. Contribute to FinTech innovation projects , leveraging payments and transaction data to improve customer experiences. What we are Looking For Technical Skills Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization. Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for modern data architectures. Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data integration. Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics workflows. Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Exposure to data science and analytics methodologies (predictive models, statistical analysis). Background in FinTech, digital payments, or financial services is highly preferred. Non-Technical Skills Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex technical insights into business-friendly narratives. Strong leadership with proven experience in people management . Strategic mindset with customer-centricity and problem-solving orientation. Purpose-driven, technology-enabled, and innovation-led approach. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. At least 7–10 years of relevant experience , with 3–5 years in a leadership/supervisory role. Experience in FinTech, banking, or payment systems a strong advantage. Why Join Us?
