Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging training programs and materials for employees at various levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as needed.
- Oversee the administration of learning management systems (LMS).
- Ensure compliance with retail industry regulations and standards in all training programs.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize training outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support to the Human Resources team on talent development projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Learning & Development Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing training programs.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in learning and development within the retail industry.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees effectively.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
