Job Title: Resort Manager

Job Summary

Oversee resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of quality, service and hospitality.

  1. *Strategic Planning*: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction and enhance resort reputation.
  2. *Operations Management*: Supervise front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, recreation and maintenance departments.
  3. *Guest Relations*: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve complaints and improve guest satisfaction.
  4. *Revenue Management*: Optimize room rates, occupancy and revenue through yield management techniques.
  5. *Financial Management*: Manage budgets, forecast revenue and control expenses.
  6. *Human Resources*: Recruit, train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service.
  7. *Quality Control*: Maintain resort facilities, amenities and services to highest standards.
  8. *Marketing and Sales*: Collaborate with marketing team to promote resort and negotiate contracts.
  9. *Health, Safety and Security*: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain emergency response plans.
  10. *Compliance*: Adhere to industry regulations, laws and company policies.
Essential Skills
