Human Resources Manager Industry: Optical Manufacturing | Location: Naic, Cavite | Employment type: Full time onsite, dayshift Mon-Fri with alternate Saturdays (2x/month) The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end HR functions across recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance, HRIS, organizational development, and internal communications. This role ensures that all HR practices are aligned with DOLE regulations, ISO standards, and the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Post job openings and source candidates through various platforms. Conduct screening, interviews, and selection in coordination with department heads. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Develop workforce plans and succession strategies to support long‑term growth. Administer payroll in compliance with DOLE guidelines. Manage government‑mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG). Design and implement incentive schemes and allowances. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity. Perform skills gap analysis and training needs assessments. Organize technical and soft skills training programs. Develop career progression and leadership development pathways. Coordinate KPI setting and appraisal cycles. Facilitate coaching sessions and feedback mechanisms. Manage recognition and rewards programs. Handle grievances and resolve workplace conflicts professionally. Administer disciplinary procedures and maintain documentation. Conduct engagement surveys and feedback loops to improve morale. Ensure timely DOLE reporting and labor law adherence. Manage employment contracts and legal documentation. Oversee workplace safety and OSH compliance. Maintain ISO‑related HR records. Maintain accurate employee databases and records. Oversee timekeeping and attendance systems. Digitize HR documents and ensure audit readiness. Enforce data privacy and access control protocols. Drive culture‑building initiatives and change‑management programs. Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Support strategic workforce planning and organizational design. Ensure clear, timely, and aligned HR communications across all levels. Represent HR in external engagements when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting. Strong knowledge of DOLE regulations, ISO standards, and HR best practices. Proficient in HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Additional Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level.
