1. Content Creation & Management:
o Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for internal and external communication, including newsletters, press releases, social media posts, blogs, and website copy.
o Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
2. Media Relations:
o Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and respond to media inquiries.
o Manage crisis communication and act as a spokesperson when necessary.
3. Social Media & Digital Strategy:
o Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
o Monitor social media channels and online reputation, responding to comments and inquiries.
o Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
4. Internal Communications:
o Manage internal communication strategies to keep sellers informed and engaged.
o Draft and distribute internal announcements, newsletters, and event updates.
5. Campaign & Project Management:
o Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute communication campaigns for product launches, events, and company announcements.
o Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs and outcomes.
6. Event Support:
o Assist in planning and promoting company events, webinars, and conferences.
o Develop materials to support event marketing and post-event communications.
