Responsibilities:
1. Manage the student registration process, including course selection, add/drop deadlines, and waitlist management.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including academic transcripts, grades, and contact information.
3. Generate academic transcripts and verifications of enrollment upon request.
4. Coordinate with faculty and departments on academic data collection and reporting.
5. Oversee the graduation process, verifying completion of degree requirements.
6. Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff regarding registration, academic policies, and other related matters.
7. Analyze and interpret academic data to identify trends and support institutional decision-making.
8. Stay current on academic policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and technologies to improve efficiency within the registrar's office.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a registrar's office or similar academic setting.
3. Proven experience with student information systems and data management tools.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
