About The Role

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team at one of Pampanga’s newest restaurant concepts. This is a chance to take ownership of menu development, team growth, and day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Recipe Development – includes designing cost-effective and innovative menus aligned with brand identity
  • Food Preparation and Cooking – oversee daily operations and food preparations
  • Lead and mentor kitchen team members
  • Inventory control and cost efficiency, including supplier relations and waste management
  • Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards
What We Expect (Skills And Qualifications)

Must Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Head Chef or equivalent leadership role
  • Culinary Degree or equivalent professional training (expertise in American, Filipino, Korean cuisine preferred)
  • Ability to train, lead, and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Strong skills in menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen management
  • High standards in food hygiene, preparation, and presentation
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation And Benefits
  • Competitive salary starting at PHP 45,000 – 100,000
