Responsibilities
  • Partner with various levels of People team members and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design to process execution. Create project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain a systems orientation. Work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report-writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Support all human capital management (HCM) / People systems upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. Demonstrate and apply strong analytical skills when responding to inquiries and taking on new challenges.
  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors-related activities for Compensation Planning, Succession, PMGM, including full lifecycle implementations in a complex environment.
Qualifications
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification: Associate or Professional Certification (multiple modules), preferably Compensation Planning, PMGM, Succession
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning, Succession, PMGM
  • Functional expertise in at least two modules: Compensation Planning, Succession, PMGM, Stories (From Demo, Design, and Configure to test)
  • Experience in a multi-country setup with custom compensation statements, Total Rewards Statements, variable pay, and integration between compensation plans and EC in a multi-country setup
  • Understand the as-is environment and advise on the strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions
  • Work with business partners to understand requirements and deduce work products and deliverables, followed by solution design and configuration of SuccessFactors products
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation Planning are required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Led 4 - 6+ medium to large-scale project implementations
