Our engineers are proficient in cutting‑edge design software, including applications developed in-house and third‑party programs such as ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, MATHCAD, Autodesk Building Design Suite, Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite, Autodesk Civil 3D and full versions of Autodesk AutoCAD software. PRIMARY PURPOSE The BIM Specialist primary responsibility will be to work across various trades, with a specialization in either Architectural & Structural (ARST) or Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire Protection (MEPFS). The core focus involves converting conceptual drawings into detailed 3D Revit models, ensuring accuracy and coherence within and across disciplines. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work on a variety of trades but specialize on at least the combination of the following fields: Architectural & Structural (ARST) Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, Plumbing, Sanitary & Fire Protection (MEPFS) Convert drawings to 3D Revit models; resolve clashes with other trade Create construction documents from 3D models based on LODs set by the clients Follow modelling standards and reviews set by clients Deliver projects on time and work quickly and efficiently Quality Assurance & Quality Control for all the BIM models prior to release to the clients Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Proficient in BIM related software (e.g. Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks, AutoCAD) Knowledge in BIM360 or other CDE platforms will be added advantage Must have standard knowledge of construction workflow procedures and capabilities of BIM Modeling tool Working experience in BIM Environment, Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry is added advantage Has knowledge in BIMForum LOD standards Has experience in client facing Possesses the interest to work in solution and service‑oriented environment A team player and willing to travel/work on site, if required Project experience in railways will be added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
