Revit Specialist / Revit Architect (For pooling) Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines (Full Onsite) We’re hiring a Revit Specialist / Revit Architect to join our growing team If you’re passionate about architecture, love working in Revit, and want to be part of exciting projects, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Work hands-on in Revit (BIM) to create accurate building models and drawings Prepare construction documentation & DA sets for permits and approvals Coordinate with engineers & consultants to ensure smooth MEP integration Apply building codes and compliance requirements to design stages Develop schedules for doors, windows, finishes, lighting, and materials Assist with design development for interiors, landscapes & sustainability solutions Contribute to visual presentations (diagrams, renders, layouts) What We’re Looking For: 3+ years experience in Revit-based architectural design (AU/US experience a plus) Advanced Revit skills with attention to detail Strong knowledge of architecture, drafting standards & construction methods Familiarity with MEP coordination & clash detection in Revit Solid understanding of building codes & permit processes Can work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate well Why Join Us?
