Pioneer Team Leader

Cloudstaff is looking for a Pioneer Team Leader - Sales Manager to join their team in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales agents to consistently achieve revenue goals for the client. The candidate will coach, motivate, and develop their team while partnering with senior leadership to ensure strong pipeline growth and customer satisfaction.

Schedule : Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents responsible for full cycle selling of the client’s small business telephone service solution.
• Assist with training and motivating high-performing sales professionals.
• Coach team members through regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
• Set clear activity and performance standards; monitor metrics and provide actionable feedback with the assistance of the client.
• Report on sales performance and pipeline health to the client.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy culture in the Manila office.
• Collaborate with Cloudstaff and Ooma teams to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
• Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in UCaaS, SaaS, or telecom industries.
• Strong leadership and operational skills with proven success in sales, pipeline management, coaching and motivating teams to hit targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable working with US stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to dive into deals when needed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using the Five9 dialing program is preferred.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time).
