Overview

Senior Pricing Analyst role with RingCentral in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This posting is managed by Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) under the RingCentral account.

Responsibilities
  • Pricing Analysis: utilize statistical methods and tools to maintain the Target Price algorithm and support analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance through pricing actions. Support the regular cadence of analysis, insights, and reporting to drive actions with Sales to improve average revenue per user (ARPU); and support decisions through the Pricing Council.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: develop standardized reporting and dashboards; manipulate databases; track pricing performance; prepare regular cadence of pricing insights (ARPU, discretion, discount) to drive improvements; develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Define, Review and Update Target Price Algorithms: define, review and update Target Price algorithms for all products, segments, channels, sales motions, etc.
  • Running Pricing Analytics: run pricing analytics and provide inputs on products (packages, tiers and bundles), list prices, promotions ROI, margins, etc.
  • Design and Run Pilots: design and run pilot(s) to test Target Price and List Price recommendations; own the methodology for measuring pilot impact.
  • Manage Pricing Performance: standardize, aggregate, synthesize, and share pricing performance.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics and insights.
  • Experience with statistical methods and analysis (e.g., regression analysis and modeling) and preferably exposure to pricing data.
  • 2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL and Tableau (Basic).
  • 2-3 years of experience using Salesforce, developing reports and dashboards (experience using Alteryx is a plus).

  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Analytical and Presentation Skills: strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills; proficient in working with large databases and creating insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Organization and Multi-tasking: ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Project Management: experience documenting processes using project management methodologies.
  • Proactive and Independent: able to work in a self-directed manner and raise data-driven observations with actionable items.
  • Shift: open to early day shift; willingness to work night shift (11pm - 8am Manila time).
  • Work Set-up: for a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month in Cubao or Ortigas).
