New Equipment Sales Engineer | Nationwide Join to apply for the New Equipment Sales Engineer | Nationwide role at Concepcion Industrial Corporation . Develop and implement sales strategies for elevator systems. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Work closely with technical teams to provide customized client solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or service sales in the construction or building solutions industry. Engineering graduates (preferably Mechanical Engineering) are highly preferred. Background in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Willing to travel and handle fieldwork; residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred.
