Job Summary: The PMO – SDLC Compliance and Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring that all projects within the organization comply with established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Administration Guidelines (PAG). The role involves conducting compliance reviews, analyzing project documentation, preparing management reports, and facilitating training sessions to promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. SDLC Compliance Review Conduct weekly and monthly compliance assessments of Project Managers’ adherence to SDLC and PAG standards. Identify areas of deviation or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions or process improvements. Maintain compliance tracking logs and ensure timely communication of findings to PMO leadership and relevant stakeholders. 2. Management Reporting Prepare comprehensive PMO and management reports summarizing SDLC compliance findings, including key observations, strengths, weaknesses, and recurring trends. Develop dashboards and visual summaries to support executive decision-making. Ensure all reports are accurate, data-driven, and aligned with PMO reporting standards and formats. 3. Project Progress Report Review Review and validate weekly and project progress reports submitted by Project Managers, ensuring alignment with SDLC, PAG, and PMO reporting templates. Verify accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of project updates. Provide feedback and guidance to Project Managers to enhance report quality and consistency. 4. Training, Guidance, and Process Documentation Document, maintain, and update PMO process documentation, templates, and compliance checklists. Support Project Managers through coaching, training sessions, and workshops to reinforce SDLC and PAG understanding. Collaborate with PMO leadership to promote a culture of compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a PMO, SDLC governance, or project compliance role. Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and SDLC processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet). Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to transform findings into actionable insights. Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in IT audit, governance, or process improvement is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
