We are currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst who will be responsible for Automation and Digitization, Audit Preparation and Testing
Reporting Location: Nuvali, Sta Rosa
Shift Schedule: Mid shift - 2PM onwards (tentatively)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Automation and digitalization – ACL/HighBond: Learn programming language, develop expertise of ACL/HighBond and become the main point of contact for questions related to Data Analysis in ACL. Duly accomplish trainings modules released by ACL. Maintain and further develop a Dashboard of scripts and Analysis Tools in ACL. Cooperate in the continuous effort of digitizing Audit Procedures.

IT Support to Audit Preparation: Perform all required IT-tasks related to the preparation of an Audit Engagement. Learn key SAP-transactions and perform data analysis relevant for the Audit Plan.

IT Support to Audit Testing: Submit Data Analysis results to support statements in the Audit Test. Perform IT-related administrative tasks for the management of Digital Working Papers. Remotely assist the Audit Team during an Audit Engagement with Requests, Questionnaires and other IT-Related tasks.

Continuous Control Monitoring Translate a conceptual Audit Objective into an IT Task in ACL. Maintain and further develop the catalogue of Continuous Control Monitoring controls currently available. Support Audit Team in all IT and Data Analysis matters.

ICS and CMS Management Analyze ICS and CMS Catalogue in EGRC System (Observar) from an IT perspective: ensure consistency, reduce redundancies, provide analysis and trends.

Requirements Bachelor or Master of Science in IT-related subject. Genuine, strong interest in learning a the programming language and main Analysis Modules of ACL. Experience with Microsoft Excel and ability or interest in learning how to create Macros. Basic knowledge of SAP. Fluency in English. Willing to work on-site in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa. Willing to work mid-shift to night shift - flexible with the schedule

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for working with clients to clean and validate their customer data. It is important to understand the structure of the customer records including parent-child relationships across customer record types and related fields. The Customer Master Data Analyst performs root cause analysis and recommends additional validation rules and or process changes to prevent data integrity issues in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Identify data cleansing issues and develop a plan with the data management team business to clean the data

• Create reports with the list of records that need the customer to review and recommend the correct attributes

WHAT IS A DATA ANALYST
Our awesome client, a leading merchandising company based in the US is looking for a Data Analyst to be part of their team.

- The person in this role will analyze, design and figure out how to build two data sets that BDA will be delivering to one of BDA's largest clients.

They will also develop and produce the data sets each weekday and deliver them to the client's Amazon S3 instance. They must be able to proactively troubleshoot and communicate with BDA and our client's data platform partner about the data sets and their status. They must be a self-starter and able to function independently.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Extract data about client website customers from Klaviyo
Extract data for client website customers and orders from OBIEE
Write macros to or some other solution to join data from Klaviyo and OBIEE to create the data files requested by client
Assess and troubleshoot problems
Create and save the files in the agreed upon format, 5x weekly
Move the files to Client's Amazon S3 instance 5x weekly
Communicate as necessary with BDA account team and client data platform partner (e.g., for issues, delays, to ask and answer questions, etc.)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Excellent data literacy and ability to understand data sets
Ability to read API documentation and formulate & execute an approach to pulling data via an API, preferably with Klaviyo experience
Ability to search for and export data from a platform via its Digital UI, preferably with Klaviyo and OBIEE experience
Excellent end-user SQL skills, preferably with Oracle SQL experience
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to independently design and prepare data sets to be shared in files, including joining data, assessing its quality, and troubleshooting of data & data processes
