Overview
Analyze and optimize ancillary product performance at Cebu Pacific, collaborating across teams in a dynamic, innovative airline environment.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Analyze conversion, take up, revenue, and spend per passenger of ancillary products based on market mix, city pairs, flight day/time, and other parameters.
- Initiate and recommend optimization initiatives (e.g., tests, experiments, permanent changes) for ancillary products based on data analysis.
- Actively coordinate with Ancillary Managers on plans and initiatives for ancillary products.
- Coordinate with departments including Sales, Ticketing, Customer Care, Loyalty, ISD, Network Control Center, Airports Services, Revenue Accounting, and Treasury.
- Work with Enterprise Analytics on Navitaire Dynamic Pricing dashboard monitoring and recommend changes and improvements as necessary.
- Use Navitaire Dynamic Pricing module and other dashboards to analyze ancillary data.
- Provide reports and presentations on optimization efforts regularly or as requested by stakeholders.
- Hold consultation meetings with Navitaire for data reading, analysis, and comparison as necessary.
- Participate in partners and stakeholders’ meetings as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree, ideally in business or finance-related majors.
- Prior work experience in Revenue Management or equivalent, especially in airline-specific revenue management, is a plus.
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong background.
- Proficient in statistical/economic analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail- and results-oriented.
- Problem solver and team player.
