Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails related to healthcare and insurance. Guide patients and providers through claims, benefits, and account details. Verify and update patient or member information in the system. Resolve billing or account-related issues clearly and efficiently. Meet service quality and productivity goals.
