Position: Account Receivable Cash Application (Online Interviews) Company Industry: IT Company Location: McKinley, Taguig Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php40,000 Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule Work Set Up: Work Onsite Benefits : ✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨Sick Leave Credits ✨Vacation Leave Credits ✨13th Month Pay ✨HMO Day 1 Job Requirements: ✨Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting ✨At least 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end cash application process ✨Amenable to attend interviews ✨Willing to work on a Shifting schedule ✨Can start as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: ✨ Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) to appropriate invoices in the accounting/ERP system. ✨Review and reconcile daily cash receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely posting. ✨Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unidentified cash, and short/over payments. ✨Monitor lockbox activity and electronic remittance advices for proper allocation. ✨Collaborate with the Collections, Billing, and Customer Service teams to ensure correct and efficient cash application. ✨Prepare daily and monthly cash reports, assisting with month-end close and AR reconciliations. ✨Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes. ✨Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the cash application process.
