Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. The role involves assisting customers through inbound and/or outbound calls, chat, or email to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, chat, or email. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with efficiency and empathy. Document customer interactions and update account information in the system. Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer needs. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex cases. Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Must be college graduate With or without BPO/call center experience (training will be provided). Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common applications.
