As a Store Sales Associate at the Malbon Flagship store, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable in-store experience. By embodying the Malbon ethos—where golf meets fashion and lifestyle—you will connect with customers authentically, share product knowledge, and foster a sense of community. You will also ensure the store is visually stunning, organized, and operates efficiently. From the moment someone walks in, you will ensure that their experience reflects Malbon's values of curiosity, connection, and modern irreverence, delivering exceptional service that resonates far beyond the fairway.

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet every customer warmly, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Provide product recommendations and share the story behind Malbon’s designs and collaborations.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally or escalate them to the Store Manager as needed.

Sales Excellence:

  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products while achieving individual and team sales targets.

  • Promote new collections, collaborations, and in-store events to drive interest and engagement.

  • Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale(POS) system while ensuring accuracy.

Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store by restocking, folding, and arranging merchandise according to brand guidelines.

  • Assist in setting up displays and updating visual merchandising to reflect seasonal or promotional themes.

  • Ensure the store remains clean and tidy at all times, including customer areas, fitting rooms, and stockrooms.

Inventory Support:

  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including receiving, tagging, and restocking products.

  • Conduct regular stock counts and inform the Store Manager of low inventory or discrepancies

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Contribute to achieving overall store goals and support team initiatives.

  • Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and teambuilding activities to stay aligned with Malbon’s vision and operations.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Be a Malbon brand ambassador by embodying the company’s values, both in and outside of the store.

  • Share the Malbon Origin Story and its commitment to making golf inclusive and culturally relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent preferable

  • Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written

  • Strong customer service, time management and interpersonal skills.

  • Technical knowledge and passion for golf (or other sports)
