We are looking for a new addition to our ML team - NLP Machine Learning Engineer. As a part of our fast-growing team you will play an important role in developing and implementing machine learning models to enhance our products and services. Develop intent‐classification models to accurately identify user intents Fine‐tune prompts and optimize large-language models for enhanced performance Analyze chat interactions to extract insights, monitor trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement Deploy and maintain machine-learning models (Optional) Develop and integrate voice-bot solutions for candidates with audio processing experience. What we expect from candidate: 2+ years' experience as an NLP/ML Engineer Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/NLP frameworks ‣ Hands-on expertise in core NLP tasks:Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying ML models and end-user products Experience optimizing models for performance and efficiency in production Nice to Have Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge (Terraform) Why would it be cool to work with us?
