Executive, Business Development (Davao) foodpanda Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Description You will be part of our company’s growth by acquiring new restaurants to partner with us. You will effectively and efficiently exhaust leads and close deals with target restaurants by cold calling, fieldwork, virtual presentations, etc.; consistently make a good first impression, effectively communicate the benefits of foodpanda's premium product, and negotiate contracts with partner restaurants. Effectively and creatively present foodpanda’s packages to potential vendors. Work closely with other departments to ensure successful vendor incubation. Exceed sales goals: drive volume & quality sales and achieve performance‑based goals, both individually and as part of a team; motivated to over‑achieve sales targets and contribute to continuous growth. Sales incentives will be offered for exceptional performance. Act as the local representative in the area: monitor competitor activities, gather feedback, and provide recommendations to maintain a healthy market share. As a local market expert, gather feedback from partner restaurants and provide valuable recommendations for improvements to management; stay updated on food market developments to contribute to foodpanda's success. Qualifications Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred. At least 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling, and similar areas; preferably field sales experience. Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management. Good communication skills; comfortable speaking in English, Filipino, and the local dialect. Open to fresh graduates; preference for those with internship sales experience. Available for extensive fieldwork within Davao area. Highly motivated to over‑achieve sales target. Excellent communication skills including a clear, confident speaking voice and friendly rapport with customers/clients. Flexible and creative in dealing with customers/clients. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage. Self‑motivated team player with proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and independently.
