JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage and mentor a development team to provide guidance, drive best practices and elevate overall team performance.
  2. Establish goals for the team, conduct regular meetings, and annual reviews for maintain alignment to corporate strategies.
  3. Collaborate with IT managers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  4. Lead the design, development, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
  5. Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  6. Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless user experiences.
  7. Conduct code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and performance optimization.
  8. Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage deployments, including sandbox-to-production releases and version control.
  9. Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  10. Provide support for the Salesforce platform: troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  3. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security.
  5. Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
  6. Knowledge of Salesforce DX, git, and continuous integration.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Proven track record of leading and delivering Salesforce projects.
  9. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (preferred).
  10. Experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
