Responsibilities- Maintain financial records and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations (Philippines PAS/PFRS, SEC, BIR).

- Audit coordination: work with external auditors; support internal controls and corrective actions.
- Payroll administration: local payroll reporting and tax compliance.
- Administrative support and other duties as assigned; maintain vendor records, bank reconciliations and financial data integrity.
- IFRS 16 lease accounting responsibilities: maintain lease schedules, reconcile with GL, and ensure accuracy of IAS17 reversals; support month-end revenue recognition for lease-related projects.
- Work with ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and other accounting software; generate management reports and support month-end processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or near completion with relevant experience).
- 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, lease accounting (IFRS 16) or related roles; experience in shared services or multinational environments is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices; proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, vlookups); experience with GL/SL reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Workday); ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail and ethics/confidentiality; good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines; flexibility to work on-site or hybrid as required; willingness to be assigned to locations in NCR.
Locations include Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong; on-site and hybrid options noted. Work schedules vary (including Monday-Saturday in some postings) with on-site conditions emphasized.
