Job Overview Coordinates and monitors project and support teams to ensure timely implementation of organizational projects. Responsibilities Project Timeline Identify/align project goals and scope with PJM and PM; break down tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification; create/align tooling development and qualification timelines; assign tasks to Ops including tooling development and materials purchase; track and manage project progress based on the committed project schedule. Project Cost Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target; optimize launch cost; budget and control scrap cost through leverage design and manufacturing processes to meet targets during the NPI phase. Project Execution Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing and manpower to support all builds in the plant; oversee tooling/process development progress, identify bottlenecks and issues, organize Ops to resolve them; oversee risks assessment in project execution and stay interlocked with PJM to develop mitigation plans and execute activities in Ops; finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate product mix, tool capability and demand with approval of PJM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE; lead Safe Launch team meetings to ensure HVM startup and qualification for required metrics and G5 handoff; align budget with Ops using tooling lists provided by MPDE-A and control total capital spend against CER; lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds; lead Ops to develop ramp-up plans including materials, operations and tool capacity, ensuring smooth handover to manufacturing after G5. Product Sustaining Lead product migration as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move-in/move-out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.; lead product capacity analysis and expand through reinvestment per estimation. Qualifications Bachelor degree, engineering background preferred PMP certification preferred 5 years related working experience in project management Fluent oral and written English What your background should look like Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional-level experience; a Master's degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
