Job Description As a People Operations Manager , you'll oversee HR operations, people management, and workforce development to ensure seamless global delivery and employee satisfaction. Minimum of 5 years in operations management, focused on HR and account management in an outsourcing environment. 1-2 years of experience managing managers. Proven background leading offshore teams and working with global clients. Strong grasp of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with CRM, HRIS, and project management tools. Your Daily Tasks Career Development Program Management Provide leadership, engagement, and training to team leaders to ensure efficient operations. Coach team leaders on handling performance evaluations and improvement plans. Create and monitor KPIs for team leaders. Guide effective communication techniques for employee and client engagement. Identify training needs and oversee implementation and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Employee Engagement & Retention Design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to develop actionable insights. Oversee performance management programs tied to client-specific KPIs. Guide client integration processes for offshore employees to ensure success. Oversee onboarding programs that guarantee seamless employee transitions. Develop initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and employee morale. Workforce Planning Build strong relationships with customer success stakeholders to align workforce goals with business objectives. Identify workforce growth opportunities and coordinate with teams to expand client relationships. Provide strategic advice on workforce adjustments and reorganizations. Support client-facing discussions as a subject matter expert in quarterly business reviews. Collaborate with leaders to create and maintain Business Continuity Plans across sites.
