Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to join our Revenue Operations Systems team. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. You’ll play a key role in enabling cross-functional alignment and ensuring that our priority initiatives kick off with clear, actionable requirements and measurable success criteria. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and connected systems. Translate complex business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that can be understood by both business and technical teams. Drive alignment between departments by facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and backlog grooming. Support the design and implementation of scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions aligned with GTM, customer onboarding, and support processes. Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and architectural standards. Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure requirements are implemented as intended. Assist in testing, training, and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption. Continuously monitor and evaluate Salesforce processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and CLM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Certifications: One or more of the following Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Business Analyst Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, data governance, and reporting tools.
