Ensure process compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across all steps. Manage interactions between procurement, finance, and accounts payable functions. Lead the delivery of P2P services according to agreed SLAs and KPIs. Work closely with suppliers to resolve disputes, payment delays, and reconciliation issues.
