You’ll own end-to-end delivery across product features, integrations, performance, and reliability. The role is fully remote and highly collaborative with product/design and stakeholders. You’ll work on modern, dynamic web applications using: Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript Styling: Tailwind CSS (must-have), Panda CSS (nice-to-have) Headless CMS: Storyblok (or similar: Payload, Contentful, Sanity) Integrations: Stripe, OAuth-based Authentication (login, forgot password, magic links, email verification) Messaging/Queue Systems: QStash, Upstash, or similar UI/UX Animations: GSAP library What You’ll Do: Build and maintain fullstack applications and own technical decisions end-to-end. Develop robust APIs, webhook flows, and data syncs between multiple external systems. Model and optimize data using Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Integrate payments, authentication, and real-time messaging features. Mentor peers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices for DX, testing, and security. Collaborate with designers to bring smooth UI/UX animations (GSAP) and high-impact visuals to life. What We’re Looking For: 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack development. Proven mastery of React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js. Experience with Prisma ORM, Redis, or PostgreSQL. A sharp eye for UI/UX implementation and animations. Strong grasp of API design, authentication flows, and DevOps fundamentals.
