Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for turning insights into strategy? We're looking for a Strategic Reporting Manager to lead our reporting operations, manage a team of analysts, and deliver executive-level dashboards that drive decision-making.

What you'll do
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with KPIs
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership
  • Lead cross-functional reporting initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Ops
  • Manage a team of 5–10 analysts and ensure reporting consistency
  • Conduct audits and enforce data quality standards
  • Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years in reporting or data leadership roles
  • Advanced Power BI and SQL skills
  • Experience managing data teams and presenting to executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
