Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Role : Benefits Analyst Work Arrangement : Work from Office Schedule : Night shift We are currently on the lookout for a new Benefits Analyst to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere Spearhead benefits-related projects, acting as the subject matter expert on online enrollment, ACA, and data imports/exports via DataBridge Conduct payroll audits for benefit deductions, notifying teams of necessary corrections to ensure accurate processing Provide expertise on PrismHR configurations and reporting for benefit eligibility, and act as a liaison for automated application solutions Analyze and prioritize requirements for business processes or automated solutions, including end-user acceptance testing Work with internal teams to develop and train on processes, and to identify trends in system errors or enhancements Handle escalated customer calls, provide call monitoring and mentoring for the benefits team, and support the configuration and administration of Flexible Spending, HealthSavings, and Health Reimbursement Accounts Provide support as needed to support client and PEO sponsored retirement Plans Qualification and requirements: Bachelor’s degree from four year College; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 4 years of employee benefits and HRIS Advanced skill level in PrismHR especially benefit administration, Benefit Enrollment, Informer, data imports/exports, and billing reconciliations Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access Proven experience with PrismHR “Data Bridge” Demonstrable ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheets Proven experience in a customer service environment Proven critical thinking, problem solving, and systems trouble-shooting Note: All listed qualifications are required.
