Regularly review and update the organizational structure to reflect changes in roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines. Collaborate with department heads to ensure the structure supports strategic goals and operational needs. Analyze and document current process flows across departments. Identify areas for improvement and develop streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement process changes and monitor their impact on organizational performance. Engage with different departments to understand their functions, challenges, and needs. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication to foster a cohesive work environment. Provide support and guidance to departments during organizational changes and transitions. Assist in the development and execution of change management plans to support organizational initiatives. Collect and analyze data related to organizational performance and development initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making. Contribute research, analysis, and recommendations to the CBK's HR strategy to ensure organizational development efforts are aligned with strategic and business goals. Create and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes, and interventions that support CBK's vision to be a high-performing organization. This includes efforts that build a high-performance culture that values learning, continuous improvement, and diversity. Work with the departments to improve communication and staff engagement. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or organizational development. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of HR practices. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, employee development, and support HR initiatives.
