Responsibilities Engage with Mandarin-speaking customers through calls, chat, or email to promote and sell company products or services. Identify client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales opportunities effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools or company systems. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Customer Support) to improve the sales process. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics. Provide regular feedback and market insights to help shape business strategies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field (preferred). Fluent in both Mandarin and English (oral and written). At least 3 years of sales experience in a BPO or contact center environment outbound, inbound, or account management.
