LAND OWNERSHIP MONITORING OFFICER (Fund Monitoring) JOB SUMMARY

  • Funding, forecasting, cash management, cash position analysis and cash flow reports.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring of funding request auditing/review of requests for payments.
  • Review of budget approvals pertaining to land acquisition.
  • Ensure that project and company obligations are funded on time.
  • Analyze and determine when and how to source funds to sustain operations.
  • Recommend funding requirements of projects based on historical trends and available funds.
  • Review and summarize funding requests and ensure requirements are within the approved project budget.
  • Timely monitoring of approved budget against funding requirements.
  • Recommends weekly payment to suppliers for approval of Land Ownership Group Head; prepares monthly cash flow report including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Prepares regularly Funds vs. Usage report for operations analysis.
  • Collaborate with Project Development Team and Operations Head on project status and profit analysis.
  • Analyze and determine when to repay loans, remit equity and profit to shareholders.
  • Monitor bank loans in terms of interest payments, maturity dates and amount of principal for repayment.
  • Recommend and implement measures to minimize interest and other financing charges.
  • Monitor and analyze loan to collateral ratio to determine payment of loan redemption value upon title pull-outs.
  • Perform other tasks as instructed by the Land Ownership Group Head.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
  • Background/experience in treasury operations, funds and loans management is required.
  • Organized and keen to detail.
  • Proactive and has strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other Accounting Software.
