Food Quality Control Associate

Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality standards in food production and maintaining safety protocols? Join our team as a Quality Control Associate and play a vital role in upholding the integrity and excellence of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and inspect product quality at various stages of the production process.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production, sanitation, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data tracking and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or any food-related field.
  • Prior experience in a quality control or assurance role in the food industry is preferred (entry-level experience accepted).
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organized work style.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
