Job Title: .NET Engineer

Location: Philippines (Remote/Hybrid, Asia Pacific Support)

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT

Growth Unit: Harmony

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Engineer to join our team supporting the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This position is a replacement role for a team member who transitioned to another project. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using the latest .NET technologies and modern development practices.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core , C# , and ReactJS
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define and deliver innovative solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable, high-quality code
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices across the board
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards
  • Work within an Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and rapid iteration cycles
  • Advocate for secure coding and testing practices
  • Utilize CI/CD tools and monitoring platforms for efficient development and deployment
  • Perform other related duties aligned with core responsibilities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in:
  • Developing applications using Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • Working within a microservice architecture
  • Developing on Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Using event-streaming technologies (e.g., Azure Event Hubs , Kafka )
  • Strong understanding of relational database methodologies and experience with SQL Server
  • Solid experience in RESTful API development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins ) and Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in software design patterns, code refactoring, and writing maintainable, high-quality code
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic Search , DataDog , and Grafana
