What You Will Be Doing Feature Development: Crafting and executing new features with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and meaningful product impact. Requirement Engineering: Collaborating with product teams to refine requirements and leading technical dialogues to align features with product objectives. Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing product stability, optimizing performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. Technical Design: Making critical technical decisions that directly affect user experiences and product scalability. What You Won’t Be Doing Jumping between short-term projects or following fleeting technology trends. Working on internal IT systems or outsourced projects with no real-world user impact. Being bogged down in endless meetings or dealing with mundane infrastructure issues. Basic Requirements A minimum of 1 year of experience in full-stack development, handling both front and backend features. At least 2 years as the leading technical contributor for a SaaS product, making strategic technical decisions. At least 4 years of experience working on genuine SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects. Proficiency in utilizing generative AI in your everyday development tasks.
