With a strong focus on collaboration and high-quality execution, they partner with a diverse range of clients to build and maintain their digital presence, primarily on the WordPress platform. The Opportunity We are seeking a high-energy and organized Web Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be the central hub for all web projects, working closely with clients and internal teams—including designers, developers, and account managers—to ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to launch and beyond. This position is flexible and can be tailored to your experience level. Whether you are a junior PM eager to grow your skills or a seasoned pro ready to take full ownership of the project lifecycle, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative digital environment. Responsibilities Project & Client Management: Manage multiple website projects and ongoing support retainers simultaneously. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing consistent updates, and managing expectations. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal design, development, and content teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and on budget. Track all project progress, timelines, and budgets using tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp. Quality & Process Improvement: Ensure project quality by reviewing team outputs and guiding the internal QA process. Help manage and improve internal processes for scheduling, communication, and project delivery. For senior candidates, you may also assist in onboarding junior team members and enhancing PM workflows. What You Bring Required Qualifications Proven project management skills—you are highly organized, deadline-driven, and solution-oriented. Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Experience working across multiple departments, especially with development and design teams. The ability to manage several projects or retainers at once without letting details slip. A strong desire to learn, grow, and follow structured, efficient workflows in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with WordPress projects, either from a management or development perspective. Familiarity with website maintenance retainers or ongoing client support plans. A background in a digital agency or client services environment. Proficiency with modern collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, Asana, and Google Workspace.
