Responsibilities

  • Handle social media operations and manage all published content across social media platforms
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to community needs to cultivate following and sales
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Closely work with the content manager to provide vital insights that could be utilized to improve content.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that enhances the brand image.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
  • Closely work with the brand manager to execute brand events, trade shows, product launches, and community events
  • Track and report on event performance and ROI
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or brand coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
