Job Description

Overview: The Recruitment Associate supports the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The role may be based in various locations and may include hybrid/remote work arrangements. Responsibilities and requirements vary by posting but share a focus on full-cycle recruitment support, candidate engagement, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update applicant databases and ATS records; prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding, pre-employment checks, background verifications, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to understand staffing needs and align sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and internal policies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and contribute to employer branding efforts where applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
